This notice describes how Acribion AG processes personal data on tectic.io, based on the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

Visiting the website

tectic.io uses no cookies and no tracking. The homepage opens in your browser’s language; if you choose another language, your browser remembers that choice locally and does not send it to us. When you visit, our hosting provider processes technically necessary data such as IP address and time to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

Beta access request

When you submit the form, we process your name, email, office, role and optional project note to answer your request and set up access. We do not pass this data on for advertising. We delete it when it is no longer needed, at the latest 24 months after the last contact.

Processors

Hosting: Vercel Inc., USA. Delivery of requests by email: Resend Inc., USA. For transfers to countries without adequate data protection we rely on standard contractual clauses.

You can request access to your data, its correction or deletion. Write to hello@acribion.com.
